My computer does not have enough RAM to load new security. How do I get my free security through Comcast?

Re: Security

You can try installing the software anyway, but the install might fail. Even if it succeeds, the software is not going to run as well as it would if you met the system requirements. Unless you plan on replacing your computer soon, why not add some memory? It's not very expensive, not hard to do, and your system will run better.

Whatever you decide to do, it is recommended that you install only Norton Security Suite, not the other pieces of Comcast's Constant Guard Protection Suite, especially if you don't have enough memory.

Norton download: http://xfinity.comcast.net/constantguard/Products/CGPS/norton/. Click "No Thanks" in the Constant Guard Protection Suite pop-up.
