Our health insurance provider will not let us use the same email address. Can't seem to find instructions for the new appsuite email setup. Also, I had a secondary email under old system but can't seem to find it now. Is it still available?

You can have up to 6 secondary accounts in addition to your Primary. Here are the instructions-------
As for the one you think you already have, sign into the primary account, and then navigate to "My Account" at the top of the page. On the landing page click on "Users" at the top of the page. Can you see the secondary account there?
I found my old email. Now that I know about the extra accounts, I have some new options.
