Samsung DVR SDR-B73303 not connecting

Samsung Security DVR SDR-B73303 will not connect to Xfinty/Comcast to send emails on motion notices.

Below is the screen shot of the DVR for email settings and what I entered  I get an pop up error screen that states

"Authentication Failed ! Invalid Username or Password!"

 

Email                    Enable 

Encryption            Auto

SMTP Port           00587     also tried 465

SMTP Server       smtp.comcast.net

User name          myname@comcast.net   also tried just "myname" 

Password            ************            checked and rechecked dozen times

Sender address   myname@comcast.net

Receiver 1,2,3      myname@comcast.net

                             myname@gmail.com

Time Int                3 minutes
