MY XFINITY EMAIL PROGRAM WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL AN HOUR AGO. SUDDENLY I STARTING GETTING MESSAGES SAYING THAT MY EMAIL WAS SENT BUT A COPY COULD NOT BE PUT IN THE SENT FOLDER.
HOPEFULLY SOMEONE FROM COMCAST IS FOLLOWING THIS AND CAN TELL US HOW HOW THIS CAN BE FIXED.
Hello All -- We identified two, separate and unrelated fiber cuts to our network backbone providers. Our engineers worked to address the issue immediately and services are being restored to business and residential internet, video and voice customers. We apologize to anyone who was impacted.
