SBG6900-AC not connecting to internet after an outage

Hey everyone! After a couple of calls with tech support I am trying my luck on the forums. I have an Arris SBG6900-AC that no longer plays nice with xfinity after a recent internet and cable outage in my area.

TV is back and Internet is too according to the Xfinity app, but the modem would not connect. I tried a new coaxial, several power cycles and a factory reset of the modem, but nothing works. Tech support on the phone tried a signal refresh as well. Not sure what else to do.

Any help or ideas would be much obliged. Thanks!
