We've been having issues with our internet connection over the past few months. Currently using the SB6121 which we got 3-4 years ago. Wifi signal is connected to devices but the internet connection will intermitently drop out. We unplug router and modem which usually fixes the issue. Someties for days, sometimes only for minutes before we have to re-unplug and plug back in.
We live in an OLD building (connections may be wonky?) with 11 other apartments. Only reason I don't think it's the building / tenants is that we had this issue in our last home with only one other tenant on the property.
I've included our down and upstreams below:

I appreciate any trouble shooting you may be able to offer. Not sure if it's our router (only about 18 months old), modem, building, interference with the neighbors, or some combination of all of them.
Hi @jojenreed
Your signal levels look fine. Can you post your error/event log, please?
