Request PIN page not showing options

This page (https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/security/voice/request-pin) doe not show the options.   Might be a browser (Chrome) set-up issue.

I was not able to access this link. I got a "Restricted Error" message when clicking on it. Can you provide more details of what PIN you are requesting?

Funny, I click on it and it takes me to my sign-in page.
