Removing my old credentials from the xfinity hotspot with no active service???

Hi so i no  longer have your service however when I would remotely sign on the Xfinity hotspot it automatically logs me in so now that there’s no service attached to the user name and password it automatically keeps logging me in to my laptop so I was wondering if you knew how I could remove the function from either my laptop or on your end where you can remove my device please help it’s urgent !!

Go into your laptop's WiFi networking properties dialog and try forgetting the hotspot's network broadcast name (SSID).
