And SmartZone is where? I don't see it anywhere. Nor does searching for it with Comcast's search engine produce any about it.

You can set up external pop accounts which will give you access to the Secondary accounts from the Primary.

How to view Multiple Comcast email accounts from a single login with SmartZone?

  1. Click on the Preferences Tab within the SmartZone ® Communications Center

  2. Click Email Manager under the left Preferences Pane
  3. Click on the Add Account button

  4. You will need to fill out the following information in the applicable fields:
    • Account Name - name to distinguish what account this is (e.g.: Eric’s Secondary)
    • Email Address – Comcast.net email address you are adding
    • Account Type - select POP3
    • Email Server - mail.comcast.net
    • User name - user name of the account you are adding (everything to the left of the @ symbol in your Comcast email address)
    • Password   - password for your Comcast.net account

  5. Once all the information is populated click Test Settingsto ensure a proper connection

  6. Once the Test is successful, click Save in the top left-hand corner

Note: If the Test Settings fail, re-verify all fields have been properly entered.
