I have already done the things they say to do and the only way I get the speed I pay for to work is by having Comcast undo something on their end. It is clear that Comcast is throttling customers and not rendering service paid.
Not getting what I pay for on internet speed and been dancing with this company for 2 years. I have filed a complaint and recommend everyone else does.
Since you have filed a complaint with the FCC there isn't anything anyone here can do to help you. You wil have to wait to be contacted by an agent for any resolution.
