I am almost CERTAIN that the xFinity "xFi" update messed everything up. My whole system hasn't been the same since. I've had the gateway replaced and it still is glitchy and full of bugs.

 

Have you tried connecting with a ethernet cable just to see if that works?

I have this EXACT same issue. My PS4 cannot connect to WiFi. I've tried manually setting port forwarding, WPS, manually setting primary and secondary DNS and STILL it can't connect. I am certain it is from something that happened earlier this month (November 2017) because the last time I used my PS4 was in October and it connected just fine. I'm using whatever modern comcast provided me and I am SUPER unhappy about this. Wat do?
