I wanted to follow up to see if your internet is working as intended?
It is working now. Do you recommend me buying a new modem??
This morning. I had no internet. I had to call Activation department to activate the modem again..
I am calling Customer care every day.
I don't care what it shows there. I don't know what kind of data is being taken in to account there. Please re-visit the link I posted earlier. Go to this link as well and put in the requested info and see what it says;

They are misinformed. This has been going on for years..... It is not EOL.

The 6141 is *more than* fine for only 10 Mbps;
The customer support still mentioned I need to upgrade. I am not sure why??
