Andrew, in my friend case, UL and DL links are good. Internet LED blinking and its not getting IP from COMCAST. The device was kept power ON for last whole night for the understanding of firmware update. Still no success morning. 

Tell me some procedure to follow from scracth. Let me try today and update you.
