Call Comcast security to see if they can tell you what is going on-----------------------

I have been having a similar problem with email from PayPal.

I am an Ebay and Etsy seller.  When I make a sale, I get one email from the auction site and another from PayPal.

For the past month or so, MOST of the PayPal messages have not arrived in my Inbox.

I'm SURE PayPal is sending the messages.  Your SPAM filters must be removing them.  

They aren't making it into my Spam folder (which only receives 2-3 messages per MONTH).

I can't believe that Comcast doesn't have a White List function to deal with this.
