I have the same exact issue. I just picked up a new and “improved” modem/router from Xfinity. However, I already have an orbi Router system in place. The router never picks up the signal from the modem. Even if I hardwire my computer to the Xfinity modem, no signal. But of course on the Xfinity end of customer service, they tell me this are the signal is fine

I have my Orbi in AP mode and my XB6 is NOT bridged.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
