My acct Says Blast tier. 200Mbps UP 10 DOWN.  HAHA never have I seen those numbers. 
FOR YEARS... ive had POOR if at all consistent service. So bad, through my wife's doctoral program she'd sleep on the floor of her university, because papers and projects were due and we depend on internet that much. Now she works away from home, but EVERY NIGHT we sit down to stream TV.  (bought a new apple 4k, bought a new modem router on the oK'D list connected it ethernet)  the TV looks terrible, buffers, and just stops working. The ethernet cable is because the router is one level above us, through thing hardwood flooring, THOUGHT that would be direct and rule out the wireless throughout the house issue. MULTIPLE tech visits, convos. attached are two speed test simultaneously. Ive gotten them to agree to another free tech visit, but im so tired. And at a loss for anything productive with comcast. Only net in the game inside Baltimore city.
