So how do you fix this problem I have wasted enough time here why can't things just be simple with you ever comcast I am sick of problems already for what I pay each month to you ppl!
Had the same problem - deleting and reinstalling the app took care of it.
Your post has nothing to do with the original post. The person is talking about xfinity connect full or lite version and you are talking about the mobile app since you can reinstall the program. The xfinity connect email program you can not reinstall the app.
You should keep your post separate and post it in the correct topics.
The red x on the delete button is suppose to be there. To delete a email click on the subject of the email and click the delete button. You can also delete your emails from the inbox preview menu by moving your cursor to the word delete and click it.
