Bad email service is now my norm since the "updated" email version that was forced on apparantly all users. Has xfinity instituted any fixes for what is much worse service than the old version? I am ready to scrap the xfinity email for something that has been debugged.

The new format has been in process of being rolled out for the last two years and a bit. Parts of it are still being implemented and tweaked. Other than that there has been no big update per se. I like it better than the old one. It leans more to the increasing use of mobile devices than the old one could. It is very similar to an iCloud or Outlook.com account in terms of the user interface.
