Poor connection frequent useless resolutions

Anyone else have to constantly contact xfinity to police the speed of your connection? My business relies on my connection yet so often the co section falls so far below acceptable levels and I am stuck losing time and money. My payments for service are true and honest and never fluctuate yet the service is about as reliable as a three dollar bill.
