Same issue here with my Arris, MAC address (the nice comcast lady on the phone asked for it, I asked WAN or HFC, was told WAN). Now I only have IPv6 websites. Help me @ComcastJohnN after 5 phone calls and 2 in house visits, you are my only hope.
Have you tried using the self activation site and entering the "HFC" MAC address ?;
