Try calling 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to *roll and re-provision* the modem. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete and that the correct configuration / bootfile for your subscribed to speed tier is being pushed to the modem.

Yes, and speeds aren't any differnt. Still only getting between 25-30 mbps for download

Have you checked your speeds via eithernet cable from the gateway to your computer ?

Paying for Blast tier but only getting 30/15 mbps

I've been paying for blast teir and previously was receiving the normal 200/10 mbps. But, after upgrading my router/modem combo I havent gotten the speeds I used to for the past month and a half. Is this an issue on Comcasts side with setting up the modem or is there and issue on my end?
