Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!

Paying for 105 Internet. Getting only 15 mbps download

I've been told to restart my modem/router, but it hasn't helped. I pay for 105 mbps but for several months I've been getting only 15 to 20 mbps according to several speed tests, including Comcast's. Twitter videos don't play through without buffering and MLB.TV via Roku box also buffers several times each hour. MLB.TV on tablet or smartphone freezes several times each hour.
