Pausing and unpausig devices

I cannot pause or unpause devices from the app on my phone. It tells me “there is already an action on this device” or that there is a problem. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I cannot do anything from the app. All devices that are active work fine. Please help me unpause my sons laptop so he can do his work.

Hi sjl1994, are you signed into the app using your primary username on the account? I ask this because only the primary on the account can pause and unpause devices on the network. Please make sure you're logged into the primary username, if you need any additional assistance please reach back out to me here.
