Packet loss to certain servers

I have been experiencing packet loss to certain destinations for a few months now.  This happened with a Comcast modem, my own modem, and both wireless and wired.  Here is the WinMTR: WinMTR Statistics

Re: Packet loss to certain servers

FWIW, it's tough to judge everything that you are experiening with seeing just one trace to just one server, but the packet loss starts beyond the Comcast webspace within the networklayer.com backbone provider's webspace.
