Outtage? Or block removal request

*Please* remove the block from server IP and

Hundreds of websites here that no comcast users can reach.

I can't reach my websites or my own NOC support.  I have to switch over to my verizon hotspot to be able to see anything.

Re: Outtage? Or block removal request

I can reach both IPs, although, lacking a hostname, I only get a generic "If you are the owner of this website, please contact your hosting provider" page. When one customer cannot reach an IP but others can, it usually means the site is blocking that customer's public Comcast IP. You might try asking the site's admins for help with this. You can look up your IP at

Traces to both IPs travel well beyond Comcast's network onto Telia's. does not complete, but does. What does a trace to show? In Windows, open a Command Prompt window, enter

    tracert -4

and post the output. Mine looks like:

C>tracert -4

Re: Outtage? Or block removal request

Thank you so much -

I did contact my NOC about the trouble - I had to call them because I couldn't reach their help desk. (which is not on my server)

So, I don't think that my server blocked my IP because I also couldn't reach other websites like this one:  (i don't think this is hosted at my NOC)

I could still reach " and", but my internet TV stopped.

Clients also called saying their website was down (not same IP as me)...but the server was running like a top (Google page speed could access and my other usual tests)

But I can access things normally now, so whatever the trouble was, it's lifted now.

Thanks so much for your response..
