Not receiving select emails

Companies whose emails I want to receive are not arriving in my inbox or spam box.  I have checked all of the spam filters and other settings several times, according to Xfinity/Comcast instructions, and they are correct.  I have spam filtering turned on and junk mail directed to my inbox.  I have confirmed my correct email address with the companies and it is correct.  Any idea what may be happening?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for those sender's domains--------------------
