I didn't see any messages for you from MySpace being marked as spam. I did see some weirdness from their IPs, and made some slight changes. When is the last time you requested a password reset? Do you have your spam folder enabled?
Click on the Gear in the upper right corner of the webmail, and then click Advanced Settings. You have the spam messages set to go to your inbox
I checked for the last few days, and there is nothing from MySpace. Can you get them to send you any other mail? Do you have a contact at MySpace that I could reach out to?
I just did that and it is still not working. I tried contacting them but they just have an automated thing :/ This is the forum I found and the reason I posted on here: http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Not-receiving-MySpace/td-p/1580595
My direct request to MySpace went unanswered. My industry request got a side response, so that person is going through some back channels to try to get a contact for this.
