You should have received about 40 messages over the past 7 days. Are you sure you're logging and and checking the same account as your sending test messages to? Do you use xfinity webmail, or something else to look at your comcast.net account?
I'm getting internet but not getting my emails, sent test from another address.
Access to the internet is fine.
Check to make sure your "Safe list" has not been enabled. From the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>Safe List. If it is turned on nothing will get through except email addresses you have put on that list. If it has been you need to disable it.
