Norton blocked my e-mail signature?

Norton blocked my e-mail signature?

I manually added unwanted emails to Norton's block list. Now, I'm unable to send or receive emails in Outlook 2007. The server imformation account type is grayed out. I also receive a network password error message.  Step-by-step instructions on how to resolve this would be greately appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry for the trouble. May I know the exact message you receive? If possible, provide a screenshot. You may try the following:

- Disable the firewall in Norton for temporary purpose & check if you can send/receive

- Disable the Email Scan or Autoprotect in Norton for temporary purpose & check if you can send/receive

 

If you are still unable to send/receive emails, you can uninstall Norton using http://www.norton.com/symnrt & check if you can check emails. If the problem persists even after you remove Norton, you may need to check the configurations for email client and reinstall Norton.
