No data use info on any device or person

My XFi shows no data for users or devices. Also cannot use the pause function. Is this a known temporary issue or is there something I need to do?

Did you figure this out? I’m having the same issue and customer service was no help.

My data mysteriously re-appeared the day after my post and I have no idea how or why... sorry I could not help. Someone told me to restart my modem but never got to try it.

Cant believe customer service could not help. That never happensSmiley Wink
