Sounds like a call to Customer Service/Technical Support to report service issues is warranted. Is your modem owned or rented and what make/model is it? If you can access your Comcast account online (cell phone or laptop on xfinity wifi), you could maybe test/reset your modem from the network to see if that helps.
Hi. For the past couple days, our Internet has been buggy beyond belief. The online light on our modem isn't on. At first, we were able to fix it by moving the coax cable to a new port. And now... Its not working on said port, or the old one. And now the online light is off and our Internet isn't working at all, and I can't even connect to live chat because it keeps saying the chat ended unexpectedly. So I'm coming to the forums for help. Any suggestions?
