EMail..down now 3 days....may be an additional 5 days.. sort of promised. I am captive of America's best...right????

Previosusly 24-72 hrs, tonight, a few hours.

Multi calls from India, Philippines .. Comcast stands for clueless!!!

You said it! NO EMAIL here either (depend on it for work). OKish yesterday, today nothing. Comcast IS THE WORST company of any kind ever!! Cable freezes for quite a while every 4-5 mins or is down, if the internet is actually working at all, their site/our "services" are not (at which time there's no phone and/or cable)... all while paying $300/month living paycheck to paycheck, because there's literally no one else here to switch to. They know we have no choice and use that every way they can with cost & getting nowhere with "customer service" after hours and hours and days, except hung up on, ignored & likely laughed at since they know they don't have to do a thing. They'll never get better, just keep raising prices

Can't get my e-mail either just keeps on loading
