New PC Question

Greetings,  I'm just a bit confused and want to know if I purchase a new PC (since the one I now have is a Windows Vista Home Premium and it's pretty outdated).  I simply wanted to update my current PC to Windows 10.  You all just installed a new modem for me.  Can you help me figure out if I simply upgrade my current PC, will it sustain the new program through your modem?  I am a bit challenged when it comes to PC machinization!  I guess the quesion is:  can I upgrade my current PC to a Windows 10 and keep my current equipment or do I have to buy all new equipment?  Thank you!

Re: New PC Question

Vista is too old to upgrade to Windows 10. A computer has to be Windows 7 or later.

You should get a new computer since Microsoft no longer supports Vista.

You don't need to get new networking equipment when you upgrade an OS or you get a new computer.
