The above title says it all. The internet service is going in and out every 20 minutes or so for about 5 minutes. This is extremely annoying and I am going to just cancel my service. I am infinitely better off on the T-Moble LTE network which does sometimes go as low as 2Mbsp down and 1 up -- but works 99.9% of the time. Usually, it is comparable to my comcast plan 10/2.5. I am not a gamer, etc., I don't need globs of bandwidth which is part of the frustration -- I can get by with almost any service (used 3/1 for years). Chanel 1 does look too high at 663 (and it's misnumbered as 27 -- also note this caused a displacement such that Ch 2 is labeled 1; Ch 3 is 2, etc. Chs. 28 and 29 are just dead

Any help would be appriciated -- and it will prevent you from losing a 20+ year customer.
hi, I moved your post to the home networking area of the forum.
Unless you are subscribed to their "Gigabit" speed tier, that DOCSIS 3.1 (OFDM) channel may not be passing any data. And there is nothing wrong with the channel frequencies or the channel ID designations of the channels that you posted. You are reading something in to nothing concerning that. Are there any more downstream channels being indicated ? What about the upstream channel signal stat figures ? It appears that you haven't posted them.
BTW, the downstream power level figures so far are pretty hot (high) and may need to be reduced.
