Your signal levels are very poor. Typically this is because of the way your wiring is configured. Make sure your wiring is broadband compliant and eliminate any unneeded splitters before the modem. See the troubleshooting guide for more information.
Was you modem installed by a tech?
Thank you for the information, I was suspecting cabeling issues (somewhere in the walls). I had installed this myself, but have a tech coming in the morning. I was in a rush to get services up and opted for the self install. I'll keep you updated.
