New Email Format

What is wrong with this "new" email format?  At times I am unable to move an email to a different folder or reply to a simple email.  I'm tired of nothing happening or getting "error" messages.  I did not have these problems until recently.  Thanks for the improvements XFinity!

How are you trying to move a message?  Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
