Has Comcast updated your firmware yet? My C7000-100NAS still is not updated...

FWIW, if one is actually queued / available on the system, a full reset to factory defaults by holding in the recessed reset button for 30 seconds may prove to be more effective for getting the firmware load pulled than just a power cycle operation. YMMV.

Sometmes, just power-cycling the gateway will update the firmware.

Netgear C7000-100NAS Firmware-Please UPDATE

Would a Comcast tech please update my device. My current firmware is V1.01.28, I have read there is a newer version. I will reply with mac and account # upon reply by you. I will check back here @ 3:00 pm EST for message.
