My home internet and tv

My internet keeps failing and TV keeps freezing and to top that off I had to reboot my home alarm today why am I paying for it to have nothing but trouble?

Hi Dannyfre54, your issues seems to be caused by your internet connection failing. The link that (EG) shared is a good place to start when trouble shooting your internet services. I ran some tests on your equipment and I show everything should be working properly at this time. Please feel free to reach back out to me here if you're still experiencing issues.
