Have you first tried powercycling / re-starting the device ? No joy ? Try hard resetting the device by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds.
My extremely smart nephew actually helped me fix this issue. If you have the mobile app, login and go to Internet. Select your device then go to “Change WiFi settings.” If “Use the same settings for 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi” is checked, uncheck it and change the WiFi name for the 5 GHz WiFi name. I hope this helps.
