I went to gigabit and replaced my modem to support it and had comcast activate it. They had a heck of a time getting the modem added and i think something is still wonky i'm constantly getting breaks . My account app says the modem is not connected when it is and i'm clearly getting internet.
Need someone's help please to help debug what's going on. I own the modem and it is a brand new netgear cm1000
Did you look at the web My Account for your modem?
You can ignore the app, it's a known bug.
