Like most people during the "NEW" email migration I lost many folders and hundreds of emails. I have submitted a ticket/complaint to Xfinity and have received only instructions on how to use the new system. This would work if my file folders were actually there, however they are not.
Has anyone received any REAL help to recover their missing files/emails?
All I have received is lip service from XFINITY and how great this new format is. They seem to avoiding this issue and their screw-up.
Has anyone received any resolution on their missing files?
I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins for follow up. You should see a response in this thread.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we have been migrating to a new email server platform to provide them a better more reliable experience, which may have resulted in some interruptions to their service. We expect to complete the migration shortly.
