Hi nmstough, I ran some test and I show that we are doing some work in your area that is directly impacting your services. I also see that we have a tech scheduled to come out and take of this issue for you in a few days. I will reach back out to you once the work order is completed to ensure everything is taken care of.

Massive Packet Loss

I'm experiencing horrendous packet loss between two Comcast Servers.  I have attached the plot from pingplotter going to www.google.com.  My internet service is horrible and this could explain why.  Any idea why this is occurring?
