MacBook does not access email after resetting password

I reset my password for my email and can access my email account on my iPhone and iPad but not my MacBook Air.

Exactly what happens when you try on the MB Air?  Are you getting any error message?  Are you using only Safari and the webmail UI, or Mac Mail or what?
