Lost Emails in when Comcast did their transition from one server to the next

Today when I opened up my email, there were many of my folders and emails missing from my account.  I called Comcast and spoke with three different people which took an hour and 40 minutes.  I went to Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer service.  They were not able to recovery my folders and the emails in those folders.  

 

Really!!!  I said when Comcast decided to convert to a new email system they didn't back up their customers files???  They said "No".  Really, in this day and age you wouldn't back up your customer files?!#?!!!!

 

I am at a loss as to what to do at this point.  This was very important information collected over the last six months.

 

Comcast you need to do better!!!!

All I can do is escalate this to the forum admins for follow-up.  Someone will respond to you in this thread.
