Logging out

I logged into an business office computer to get some information from my email for the business I was visiting.    stupid me did not log out/sign out.   I just closed the screen.  Is there a way I can log out from that computer from home?    Is my email account still open in that business computer?    Can people in that  business read my email?

I think anyone who has access to that other computer could pull up the browsing history and get into your account if it's still signed in.  Is there someone there you can call and ask them to check?  In the meantime, change the password for the account.
