Hello Makzwell. I have responded to your duplicate post located: http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Your-Home-Network/Twitch-tv-and-obs-problems/m-p/2968820#M263804
For about a week Ive had bad connection streaming to twitch and/or youtube...Ive tried getting a new modem and it didnt help. My modem settings: https://gyazo.com/d8ebdaeaf74c9fa3c2c42777a912bcc5 I tried streaming with OBS and xsplit, same results. I get 170 download, and 15 up according to http://speedtest.xfinity.com/, but mainly any other site I get 170 down with around 3-10 up. I have tried:
-Powering off the modem, resetting it, upgrading my firmware, making sure all my downstream and upstream numbers were normal, and even changing modems and doing the same thing.
-Trying different Twitch ingest servers. I have tried every single one, used the Twitch Bandwidth Test app, but I get a quality of 0 everytime.
-Tried streaming to Youtube, which worked the exact same as twitch.
-Did my speed tests, on some sites I got normal numbers for my speed, on others I was only barely getting 3 mbs upload. BARELY. (as stated earlier)
-Tried to see if there was anything wrong with my cables and connection outside, had a Comcast tech come over and check it out and he said it was fine and said maybe it was an amplifier, but he really doesn't think that's likely.
