Lag spikes in Games everyday

everyday about 5pm-8pm(Pacific Time) my game start lagging.all day its fine,bu t5pm start lagging.HELP PLEASE

Your downstream levels are a bit out of spec (too high)...

 

Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!

Hi brlucass -- Were you able to get you connectivity issue resolved with the troubleshooting steps nerdburg provided?
