It’s cold when the sun goes down my internet goes out and so does my cable

My internet goes out basically as soon as the sun goes down EVERYDAY! My television cable has also started going off. I talked to the serviceman who was here to fix the neighbors (same cable and internet, same issues) he tried to tell me that my signal was too strong that my modem wasn’t working hard enough. My modem usually runs at 75-90mbps but after the sun goes down it goes to 7mbps!!! My signal is obviously not too strong!!! I am furious to say the least because the weather here is unusually cold but I am still paying my cable/internet bill as usual!!!!! Nothing changed in the billing!!!

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
