Is 4 IPv4 IP's normal?

I have my modem in bridge mode. The comcast modem has 2 IPv4's that are 71.xx.xxx.17 and 71.xx.xxx.1 one is the is the gateway and the other is my ip address, which is normal to me. What seems not normal is my router shows 2 different IPv4 ip's 24.xxx.0.1 and 24.xx.2.xxx. When I goto whatsmyip.org it shows the ip starting with 24. No where can I find any reference on my home router showing me the IP listed on the comcast router in bridge mode.

Thank you for any info about this!
