Internet

I have my internet modem all connected. I tested out my Wi-Fi connection with a Comcast guy, it worked perfectly. Long story short, as soon as I changed my Wi-Fi name n password, I can't even connect. Everything is right and my device is perfectly but some reason it's not connecting to the Internet Wi-Fi box. How can I did this?

One thing I would check is the wifi password on My Account.
